The brow chakra is called many names, such as Ajna, but is best known as the third eye. When this chakra is activated it brings clarity to the mind. It also helps bring energy up from the rest of the chakras, when aligned.
Things you might notice if this chakra is blocked are: frequent headaches, confusion about information, getting carried away with emotion (power trips), or being selfish. There are many ways to unblock and re-activate this chakra. The big one is being more aware. Make sure you are taking care of your mind is the big goal. Just be kind to your true self, be aware of your mind, and what you feed it.
Meditation and yoga are necessary for keeping this chakra working the right way. You can look up many videos on how to do both. If you have a hard time mediating, there are many guided meditation videos for you to follow. The same goes for yoga. I post both types of video on my Facebook page.
This chakra is associated with the colors white and deep blue. The inner aspect of this chakra has to deal with intuition. I truly believe out of all the chakras, this one is most important, because it has to do with yourself and your gut feelings on things. This is the chakra you should listen to most.
That gut feeling we all get when something isn’t right doesn’t come from your gut, but from this chakra. You might feel like something is off or think, “don’t follow that ‘gut feeling’” - that’s your third eye telling you some is off in your ethereal world.
For more information on this chakra you can follow my Facebook page. I post videos and other information there. Stop by and leave a comment, and stay tuned for what’s next!
